Screen Saver Activate 1.2.3 for Windows NT 3.5x

ver 1.2.3:
Changed the interface in this version, including displaying a standard system menu on a 
left mouse click and activating the screensaver on a double click. The desktop icon now 
changes appearance to indicate the screen saver state. Bug was discovered in ver 1.2.2, 
in which the program settings were not being saved to the registry when Screen Saver 
Activate was closed by a logoff or shutdown. The settings would be saved when Screen 
Saver Activate was closed by it's menu or by an End-Task from the Task-list

ver 1.2.2: 
Added activation hot-key. Added toggling of the screensaver state.

ver 1.2.0: 
First public release for Windows NT 3.5x. This version used the right mouse button to bring 
up the context menu and allowed for the left button to launch the screensaver  with a single 
or double click.When running under NT 3.51, a tooltip would be displayed over the icon, 
indicating the screensaver state.
